Very nice place to stay

I was on a business trip. It was good everything

The hotel is not new but it’s very comfortable and convenient. It’s very accessible to everything that we need.

Quiet area, lots of dining options nearby.

Great location and great services.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Horrible experience. Booked a 2 bdrm, 2 queen suite. One of the beds had a broken box spring, literally sunk into a hole on one side of the bed. The other bed was also well worn and very uncomfortable. Many lights also didn’t work. Notified the front desk in the morning about horrible experience and told them they shouldn’t book the room to anyone until bed was fixed. They said they would compensate with points, what they credited was an absolute joke. Don’t stay here.

Had an excellent weekend stay at the Residence Inn Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice kitchenette too. Breakfast was standard, but well stocked and the dining area was comfortable. The real standout of the property was the staff. They ran a shuttle to the Renaissance where we were attending a weekend show. Darryl was a wonderful driver and ambassador for the area. Servando was also personable. KP on the front desk was helpful. The rooms might be a little dated, but the service and convenience was top notch. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Can have room service everyday if you need it. I don’t but it’s nice to know. A nice breakfast although I didn’t get to use it but on weekend because I had to leave for work at 6 am. Comfortable beds. Nice large room.
