"Friendly Reception but no towels in room"

Friendly welcome, but no towels in room. Quickly sorted by reception, but shouldn't have to ask! Looking tired, but i guess you get what you pay for and was cheap :-)

Séjour d’une nuit à Ibis beynost. Chambre vieillissante. Literie à changer absolument. Que dire de la climatisation??? Le bruit est là mais aucun froid n’est perdu en cette journée caniculaire…. Cliente régulière pourtant, je ne reviendrai pas…

J'étais venu il y a 3 ans dans cet hôtel ou j'avais été content de mon séjour, c'est tout autre aujourd'hui vraiment déçu par la taille et la qualité de la chambre trio, de plus aucune information comme quoi les petits déjeuner des enfants ne sont pas pris en charge dans l'option " déjeuner inclus " via le site Expédia. À mon prochain voyage dans la région je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel, un client de perdu....
