"Beautiful and Accommodating"

A beautiful area of Florida. The resort is beautiful and I would consider returning in the future. We were there for a wedding and everything was well organized. The food is delicious and the water park and pools are great for all ages.

"Fantastic Service"

Cannot say enough about the Staff. Truly outstanding. Pools are relaxing, and there are many to choose from. Guestrooms are spacious and look great. Meeting space is a planners dream. Numerous restaurants to choose from and each one is delicious!

This is an amazing hotel. Beds were wonderful. Beautiful with fabulous service. Wonderful valet made arrival very pleasant, fully staffed at all times. Modern and up to date. There is an adult hot tub and pool which was nice. Ursula was outstanding. She was compassionate and understood our needs. She is definitely a 10 and I would hire her in a minute if I had a comparable hotel.

"A great experience at a not too big resort on a holiday weekend"

Had an excellent experience staying over Thanksgiving with family. Despite busy time facilities were not overrun and everyone was incredibly nice. Nice upgrade as a Globalist made our experience especially nice. Will definitely plan to go back.

"Place to relax"

Started at the Hyatt Coconut Drive in Bonita Springs. FL. Very clean and eco friendly. Staff were very cooperative. Slightly on the expensive side but the quality speaks for itself.

"1st day at The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa"

We arrived in the evening of Thursday. This is our short honeymoon. On arrival we were told we were upgraded due to our Explorist status. I think the room is the standard room but the view is what was upgraded. We are on the 5th floor but facing the bay! Room is nice, clean and spacious. The grounds so far from what we saw last night very immaculate. We ate at the Tanglewood restaurant. Extremely fast service (almost too fast). We ordered the short ribs with mashed potatoes and the Ribs. We literally got our meal in 5 minutes of our order. It was good, I think with some additional seasoning for both it would have been great. Will continue to post our experience

"A Wedding saved--beautiful resort"

Went for a wedding that had to be moved here because the resort in Jamaica was destroyed by a hurricane. It was a beautiful resort. The pools and water park were amazing. There's a shuttle boat to a private beach that was gorgeous. Wedding was beautiful. We were very happy with out stay

"High End / Celebrity Treatment"

This resort delivers everything you pay for and more. High end design, spacious rooms, excellent services, immaculate grounds, the list goes on. This specific resort accommodated my sisters wedding that had to be rerouted due to Hurricane Melissa, and they made the process seamless for my sister. Working with her to reschedule an entire event within 10 days and made everyone’s stay a beautiful one. I can not say enough nice things about this hotel. Highly recommend!!
