Os quartos são amplos e as camas confortáveis. E, itens grátis no frigobar são de uma delicadeza e atenção ímpar . Um grande diferencial.

Segunda vez que me hospedo aqui e ocupei o apto 301,não estava com cheiro bom, não consegui definir o que era e o corredor fedia a cigarro. Mas, isso não é culpa do hotel e sim de hóspedes que não respeitam os outros .

O empregado foi excelente. Simpático e pronto a ajudar. Na guarda das malas. No check in. No pequeno almoço. Só vi este empregado mas era de facto bom e competente.

Limpeza. Sofás do lobby muito sujos. Roupas da cama rasgadas. Cortinados rasgados. Parece um hotel em decadência. Admira me a pontuação de 7.9 no Booking e num país como a Suiça. Serve para 1 noite e apenas dormir. Nada mais.

Convenience and price were great

We had a very early flight and had to leave the hotel by 5:15 AM. I had used the chain lock on my door and could not get it open. It took me 20 minutes to finally get it unlocked. I had called the reception line and the SOS line and got no answer. I had my son who was in another room go down at 5 AM to see if he could find a screwdriver. He found something behind the bar to help me, but by that point, I was finally able to get the door open. We did put it back however this did delay us and made us rush to the airport to catch our flight. Other than that, everything else was great.

zimmer sind stark renovierungsbedürftig. matratzen extrem durchgelegen, möbel haben diverse macken. personal zudem nicht verfügbar, es ist über keinen weg möglich eine rechnung zu bekommen, die rezeption war bei abreise nicht besetzt und weit und breit kein mitarbeiter verfügbar, auf mails an das hotel und diverse mail adressen gibt es keine antwort. Die E-mail adresse welche der chat bot an der hotline nennt ist nicht erreichbar, mails kommen als unzustellbar zurück. Wenn man sich vom chat bot an den kundenservice weiterleiten lässt drückt dieser einen sofort weg. ABSOLUT NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT
