Wygodne łóżko, czysto. Ładny zapach kosmetyków. Klimatyzacja.

Bardzo głośno, słychać ulicę, rozmowy pod hotelem, gości w sąsiednich pokojach. Uszkodzona uszczelka drzwi prysznicowych, przez co woda leje się na zewnątrz.

Very high quality room - this is what has brought the rating up to 1 star. Clean and comfortable.

The service in the restaurant was dreadful. The waiter was both rude and stupid with the mannerisms of Basil Fawlty and the attributes of Manuel. Two people dining - our main courses arrived 20 minutes apart. On another table of four, their fourth person was served an hour after the first. The food quality was patchy. One course was excellent however a steak varied from well done at one end and rare at the other (medium rare intended). The bill was messed up and another table was charged for our meal. The staff response was to attempt to simply divide by two irrespective of what was ordered. They then attempted to bully me into paying cash. No compensation and not even an apology.
