Hampton Inn Cincinnati Airport-North

Nothing fancy, but a comfortable bed and a clean room.

I was ok .

Nothing really unique about this property, and the pool was really cold. The gym was decent with plenty of weights and stuff to do. The ac in our room was rattling the whole time and barely blew any air. Since there was no white noise from a fan or anything you could hear the planes all day and night. Their breakfast was decent though. Overall i would recommend someone to stay here if the price was around $100 or less and there was no rattling ac.

The desk staff was absolutely terrible. The night clerk told us we still owed for the room and would be charged but we had already paid in full months prior to the stay. We were also rudely told that our car would be towed unless we paid a $70 parking fee which was never disclosed at the time of booking. When we tried to resolve both issues, the employees were rude, condescending and talked over us. There was absolutely no customer service. We will choose another hotel when we have to stay close to the airport again. We were forced to contact the corporate office because this experience was so poor.

Everything that you would expect of a Hampton Inn. Excellent beds, nice facilities, quality staff. Was about to provide transportation to CVG and parking during our trip (for a standard fee). Solid hotel that I would use again.
