Easy access to the airport

Wall heater was very loud when it kicked on. Woke me up several times. I had to switch rooms. Refrigerator was loud too. I eventually unplugged it. All the pillows were the kind that elevated your head up high off the bed. It was hard to find the entrance off the main road to the property. There was no sign and lighting to show you where to enter.

Bathroom was not clean enough —spots around toilet and in tub

Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast adequate and good. Clean.

Some difficulty with checking in and requesting an extra towel set; it seemed to be a language barrier. On checking out, no receipt was offered as requested, and told would be in email that was not seen till we got home. Room rate stated $119 per night and we stayed 2 nights. But then the various taxes hit and final cost was $274.80. The most irritating was a phone charge. The phone message light was blinking when we entered the room. Upon pushing the message button, an auto-dialer call a company recording stating "I'm out of the office today and will be back in tomorrow." That phone call entered a telephone charge for long distant interstate charge. (that an old phone scam of few years back) That needs to be changed by management immediately especially since one cannot review the charges prior to leaving.
