Great location

Water in shower could have been warmer

Good size suite with nice seating area. Comfortable beds.

Kitchen was poorly equipped, nothing like the photos. The staff did manage to find us a Kitchen knife and chopping board and something that passed for a saucepan. Breakfast was poor, 2 slices of toast and jam and a cup of coffee.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean. They provide bikes which is a great bonus!

The beds were a little hard for us. Making mattress toppers available would be helpful.

Close to center. Churros cart at the street corner was the highlight of stay. Best churros I’ve ever had. Pro tip: Spend nights there but go take a day pass at a resort and get yourself decent food buffet.

No coffee machine in the room. Front desk staff couldn’t be bothered for hot water. Seemed like it was a hassle to ask for anything. Asked for salt but was told they don’t have. Didn’t eat breakfast there but every table just seemed to be eating yogurt, fruit and toast… So don’t think there’s eggs and bacon since they "don’t have salt" ;) "Terrace/garden" looks like an abandoned Starbucks. Tiny tv and not a smart tv to cast in case you want to just stay in one night and watch a movie.

It as okay, the breakfast was not good, just fruit and a slice of bread. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

While the hotel is situated in an excellent area right at the main shopping district with plenty of restaurants nearby, the room was clean and staff very friendly BUT the rooms are musky from mildew or mold and irritate your throat and sinuses. Even running the AC does not help because this is where most of it develops along with the wood inside. The lobby is nice, but rooms need upgraded. I have stayed many other places in Cozumel and even lived here for 2 years. I advise Casa Mexicana or Hotel Puerto Libre as better options for similar price. Price is to high for what you get. Also the continental breakfast was only slices of bread, jam, and a little fruit. Excellent location for walking.
