Close to airport - the staff was nice

Just a little tired, but still comfortable

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my inquiries and made me feel at home.

There were 3 bus loads of high-school kids that arrived and stayed at the hotel so it was loud at the pool in the evening. The breakfast was good, but was the same offerings every day. No menu rotation at all. There are only fast food options within walking distance of the hotel. The mini fridge did not have a freezer although the staff offered to keep items in the kitchen freezer. I opted to use my cooler with bags of ice. Overall a good stay with some minor inconveniences.

Breakfast was great

Well after I left the hotel I know I had left my diamond earring behind i had put them top of the tray..so there's a tray with the ice container with the clear cups and one with the coffee machine Well I placed them on the one with the ice container on the corner of the tray Well anyways I called to the hotel and the front counter person said she was going to talk the housekeeping and she said there's was nothing there i know..I left them there and that was not being honest im very disappointed everything was good except for the earring situation.

Loved the mattress and pillows

I loved the excellent customer service Lalo gave me. He was very professional and showed that he cared about our needs.
