Loved the service. We used the pool and gym and breakfast was great. Our whole family enjoyed our time. Sad we couldn’t check out snack time. We’ll have to plan another stay

AS always, servc was superb. foos and beversges fine. (Except they keep laching th dark bgels which i like so much. Hopefully they can introduce them again)

Warning ⚠️ if you make your online reservation using a third party app i.e. trip advisor, hotels.com, Expedia.. just know that if there are any errors when checking in with your reservation, the on-site staff will not be able to help you. I reserved a suite with a jacuzzi and the hotel just gave me a regular suite without the jacuzzi. When I went to the front desk for assistance, they apologized a million times telling me online reservation using third party apps should be addressed with the app..not the hotel front desk.
