"Where was the hotel staff?"

Plenty of parking I wonder why?

I was informed on the website that the 299.00 included the 75.00 incident fee so I was charged both. During checkout staff was not available.I need my 75.00 deposit back.No one was at the front desk The room was not clean

Location was good if you have a cat to drive to DC

Visible thick dust in the bathroom below the sink, no soap tray, they bring a small portion of scrambled eggs for breakfast and you have to wait for a refill for a long time, same for bread or coffee mates but they get refilled sooner. Khiya in reception didn’t bother to say a word when she handed the keys, not even a direction to the elevator or our rooms. Room view was blocked by a large sign, so annoying! I also read reviews about bed bugs in other rooms afterwards and had to deep clean all my stuff out of fear! Will avoid next time!
