Quality Inn Bradley- Bourbonnais

Location, location, location.

The main issue was the cleanliness of the shower/tub. There was a bunch of dirt and hair in it when I arrived. There were a couple of strands on the shower wall as well. I tried to rinse it down and take my shower anyway. When I ran the shower, the tub filled up and I realized the drain must be clogged which made everything back up into the tub. So I was standing in other people’s ick. I got out and washed my feet under the running water. I didn’t use it the rest of the time. I mentioned it to the desk gal during check out. She seemed surprised and said they have the highest cleanliness rating in the state. I also saw some crunched up M&Ms and a fruit snack on the floor of the room. In the main hall where the elevator was there was a lot of water damage in the ceiling and there was water dripping from the ceiling as I walked out. The beds were very soft and clean. The staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was made to order yet my sausage and potatoes were cold. The waffle was delicious! Parking lot was overcrowded due to the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. I found a spot close the first night. The second night (Friday) it was more difficult to find a place to park.

Shower didn’t work well, and stained sheets

The property was clean. Staff was nice!! Breakfast was great!

The beds had bed bugs in them. My me and my son got beaten up. I saw the bug crawl from my son. I also took a picture of the bug and my son’s body!

Hotel was not helpful in when our car broke down and we gave u all our money and then they then tell us we need another 100 so we slept in our van so thank you
