Onsen was not free to use for all. Room was not as clean as I expected as I discovered there was still litter at the area under the toilet sink...

すべて良いが、何よりも働いている人々がとても良い。愛想もよく、日本人だとすぐに察して自然に日本語で対応してくださった。赤ちゃんと一緒に利用させていただいたが、ベビーカーやベビーチェア、ベッド、ベビーバスなどもしっかり対応いただき、安心して過ごすことができた。

強いてあげるなら、室内サウナが別料金だという点を、ブッキングドットコムの予約時に知れると良かった。
