We’ve stayed at Casa Mexicana many times. The staff is friendly, the breakfast food is good and the the hotel is clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will stay there again.

Didn’t receive any vip benefit other than a free drink. House keeping cleaned my room and didn’t leave any towels in the room. The safe didn’t work.

Rooms were comfortable. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Safes in the room was a convienient security feature. Lobby bar had very good drinks and at a reasonable price.. Elevator was very small for a hotel of this size and slow.

I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mexicana. The location is amazing. I don't know if we hit the low season, but it was extremely quiet except for one night on the room next door (a guest shouting on FaceTime at midnight)... There are innumerous dining options, shopping, it is a very walkable area and the view is great. If you want to know the real Cozumel though, obviously rent a scooter or Jeep and go explore. We did - eating out far from downtown, etc. Breakfast is amazing and everyone is very friendly and efficient. I almost feel bad posting a great review, as I want this place to stay a "secret" for when we go back... which we definitely will, SOON!!! Thanks for a great stay!
