Convenient location to people we were visiting

The breakfast wasn't very good. Coffee was awful so I had hot tea

Jaqueline at the front desk was aweful. There was hair all over our room slime in the restroom and the staff was constantly apologizing for that woman she walked away ignoring my son then my dad then myself. Slammed a cabinet in my dads face in front of me when he asked a question about the coffee maker and she then walked away. Never have i been treated so poorly. I feel terrible for her staff she is rotten. The blow dryer has what looked like sticky toddler fingers all over it, what looked like dog hair all over the bathroom and black dirt lines on the towel. She treats staff and company aweful. This was my son and myselfs first trip after his dad unexpectedly passed and she was our first encounter. I get people have bad days but she did this two days in a row and treated everyone including guests and staff poorly. Someone needs to speak with that woman. We will be making many more trips but will gind somplace else near or in milan because of her

Plesant and courteous staff. Jackie is an asset, she so charming. Breakfast was good. Suggest oranges and banana can be addedto the menu

The carpet needs cleaning. An additional chair would be welcome in the room.

Carpet very dirty on stairs and halls second floor

Due to NO fault of the staff or hotel, we had to cut our stay short. The staff was so accommodating and helpful, truly going above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. Rooms and public spaces were clean and as expected. My family would happily return to this hotel, thanks in large part to the two kind staff members that made our short stay such an enjoyable experience!

Staff was very nice

Part of the shower fell off every time I used it and a basic shower stall, with no place to prop up your feet, is difficult for an older person like myself to use. The desk clerk told me that breakfast was at nine during the week and at ten on the weekend - I almost missed breakfast that first morning because of that.

Meh, nice staff, rundown place, creepy guests are attracted here because of the low cost.
