"Amazing Staff, Lovely Coffee, Useful Gym"

I come here to predominantly go to the gym - however it’s the service in the main foyer area that keeps me coming back. Izzy and Laura are exceptional - always helpful and willing to create the finest coffees for me. I drink these often. The key strength of this establishment are the staff 100%

"Nice hotel"

Comfy beds, tea, coffee, water. Nice shower/hand gel. Smart TV, lots of channels. Restaurant and bar. Friendly staff.

We had to book for the restaurant for an evening meal, choice of 6.45 or 7.15..we chose 6.45pm. On being seated we couldn't really see why, the restaurant wasnt very busy. Ordered drinks and food, the drinks came but by 8pm when people had eaten and gone, we still hadn't had food, we'd obviously been forgotten about. Offer of free drink/dessert or 50% off the bill in compensation. We took the latter.
