"Disappointing"

The hotel was nice, however, location not the best. Although there is a restaurant onsite, you have to drive a bit to find a restaurant outside. Also, Austin seems to have a large homeless population. The first day we were at the hotel, I walked into the men's restroom in the lobby and found a young homeless man washing his hair in the sink. The last day we were there, we were approached by a homeless woman in the parking lot as we were packing up our car. She wanted to know where the Shell station was and got angry when we told her we were not from the area and didn't know. Again, nice hotel, but not a good location.

The staff here were amazing! Makayla and Marina were at the from desk during our entire 4 day stay and they were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant staff were also great. The room we stayed in was in need of an update but we’d likely come back due to how wonderful the staff was.

Lobby very pretty and nice room with comfy bed. Due to the pandemoc, to go breakfast: muffins, pasteries, yogurt, juice and coffee. I wish they would have given free Wifi as a perk during this pandemic. Also, the view from the room was a rock covered roof. Since limited guest, I would encourage them to give rooms wirh better views. We would stay, again.
