Clean and friendly

I didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t give feedback on that.

Room smelled a combination of musty and like cigarettes. My one towel was all torn and shredded at the ends. The three pillows were small and not comfy. Location was very noisy between road traffic and the train horns.

I would recommend anyone to stay here there was no continental breakfast had a big sign that read no breakfast served I question it and got u people from Nebraska are very problematic but I'm from Kansas I replied and the owner said well even Kansas people are the same problematic but aren't we the ones keeping you in business I said . But it seems like customer care is not part of this hotel I'm very disappointed. I ask for an extra sheet they told there were none.three different type of taxes were added to my stay it went from 69 to 80 plus just unreal, Ill make a different choice of hotel next time.

The room was nice.

Constant noise coming from the back of the room in the ceiling. Also the outside noise from the highway and parking lot was completely unacceptable. Need some sound proofing. Could not get any sleep.

quiet area, easy access to highway

Positives: comfortable king-size bed, furniture OK. Negatives: Needs cleaning. the basin faucet handle was almost broken off. The toilet paper holder almost fell off the wall. I was pleased that a Bible was present in the room :)

The pricing was the thing I did like

I didn't like that we never got clean towels and actually clean towels because I work in construction and we get dirt on ourselves so we need to get it off and the same towels we used were the same towels we got back the next day with all the dirt STILL ON THEM FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY
