"Excellent place, would like to stay again. But don't want to have trouble of keys & invoice again."

1, The facility is new and modern. 2, We got everything as at home.

1. It was difficult to get the keys. 2, It would be better if there were Memory Foam Orthopedic Neck Pillows like: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08DJ4P85H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 3. I asked info@boardinghome-ol.de an invoice after we left, but still haven't got it today (4 days after left)
