Holiday Inn Express Fort Bragg by IHG

Breakfast was an easy way to get the day started.

I thought the breakfast was fine. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel.

Everything about the hotel was fine. Booking.com was a nightmare. Thank goodness for the staff at the hotel they navigated me through the problems I was having with booking.com

Convenient, nice breakfast, very clean!

Pool was closed :(

We asked for an upper level room with our booking (we booked one that said it had a view) and instead were put on the lower level right across from the housekeeping room with only an outside view of bushes and the ground. We experienced loud noises and people running up and down the hall outside of our room until late at night which made it difficult to rest. It was very disheartening because we were really looking forward to our trip and the hotel experience was very negative due to the room location.

Location was good

Breakfast refills were staggered so we had to eat our meals in stages. Scrambled eggs were watery. My biggest complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed. I booked this hotel because of them. We even called ahead of time to make sure they were open because this has happened to us before at other hotels. We tried to get our money refunded or at least reduced but they wouldn’t budge.
