Easy for parking and close to city. Comfortable stay.

Instructions to parking was not so clear. Have to stop over at reception to get a dongle to access parking.

Friendly staff and always willing to help. The location is great, next to the national museum and a stone’s throw from Melbourne Recital hall and Hamer Hall making it a great place to stay for exploring Melbs on foot. Although there is building work going on opposite, it was quiet in our room, if a little dark. The bed was super comfortable.

The apartments could have been bigger, I have stayed in considerably larger ones in Melbourne before. But it had all the conveniences you would need and was comfortable enough. Some of the pots and pans needed attention but they do service your room everyday, which is. aplus compared to many other places I have stayed here.

Upon check in and realising our room was too small for getting ready on our wedding morning and that it smelt of smoke, the receptionist helped us change rooms and was amazing. We were changed into a larger room on a higher floor, she was super helpful and that room was great

Really liked the location. Restaurants at Southbank were great. Public transport was great.

That we had to have a roll out bed in the lounge room.
