Property Notes

Please note housekeeping service is not included on Sundays or Public Holidays. 2 forms of ID may be requested for same day bookings. At least one photo ID which will need to match the name, address and car rego of the guest. If two forms are not presented, staff can cancel the booking or request a $500 bond. Daily inspections will be conducted if the guest is or is not present and extensions will not be granted without one. Including any new bookings made overnight. Do not assume you have an extension if you have made a booking online overnight. Bonds must be paid by credit card and will be returned within 5 working days. Staff may accept a cash bond but the guest will have to supply their bank details for a refund within five working days. Bonds will be retained to cover any damage, noise call outs and evictions, if keys are lost, rooms require extra or deep cleaning (stains, extra rubbish, dishes not clean and put away etc). We have CCTV and are good friends with the local police and have a contract security presence on site.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location

Your made you pay in advanced then if they don't sight your ID they threaten to cancel your booking. They claim its a non smoking premises yet people were smoking making it unpleasant for us non-smokers. The parking is so small, 2 mid size vehicles can not fit side by side. The pool was cloudy and the welcoming on arrival was cold and felt like your an inconvenience.

Place was clean and we could leave sliding door open onto patio. Reception and handyman friendly and efficient.

Shower smelt of urine. Very little space at sink and microwave. Curtain hem was loose and slats on cupboard door under tv broken and we were not informed about it. Did report it as I did not want to be billed for that. All good in the end and I await my 200$ to be refunded. All in all good value for money.

2nd time I've stayed, and I'll be back. Really closed to a small shopping centre, IGA, bar, coffee shop and Chinese takeaways

The stairs, but I coped. I didn't have a water view either, but I still scored a 10

Great location and perfect for the kids with pool and adults with the spa Jetty for drop nets in the crab season With dolphins coming past daily 100% I would book this place again

"Beautiful garden"

The pool, the garden and BBQ areas, the exchange books in reception. Two keys.

No desk lamp, only one chair for two of us, no pool towel.

"Excellent stay, very convenient to city centre, estuary with a shopping centre (small) next door. Would definitely stay"

Clean and tidy, friendly staff and quiet considering our unit was at the front facing the road.

Parking under the unit was very poor. Not enough room for two cars to park next to each other for units 41A and 41B. We drive a medium size car and with a 4WD in the other bay couldn’t possibly fit.
