We felt the ladies working in the kitchen or breakfast area were lazy. They sat the entire time we were there, on their cell phones. Never once did they get up to ask if we needed anything; we had to ask them to put more eggs out eacy day. Only then did they check the breakfast area.

Freeway noise was very loud. Our room was on the North side of the building on the 2nd floor. We ended up moving to the neighboring Holiday Inn for the remaining 5 nights of our stay. I would recommend dual pane windows and maybe a sound machine in the room to sleep. Cumulus topper was well worn. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn.
