Just a little noisy at night from expressway

This hotel is in an amazing location! Right off 25, across the street from outlet mall, and within half a mile to gas stations, grocery, pharmacy, and other shopping venues. Room was spotless and bed comfortable! Check in and check out fast. Breakfast included from 6am to 10am. Coffee available in lobby 24 hrs.

We booked this hotel and my wife's mother died so we had to cancel. Due to an oddly long cancelation policy we still had to pay for one night. Even when I called to explain the situation they charged for one night, so Don't book unless you are willing to lose nights if life gets in the way. This was the most Un-Hilton thing I've experienced. We did stay later and someone tried to open the door without knocking. It was staff who went to the wrong room. A little thing, but it seems like hospitality common sense to always knock. The staff wasn't rude, but not friendly either. All of this makes me think there is an owner/manager issue that has created a blah culture. We'll try not to stay at this Hampton Inn again, but we do like the Hilton hotels overall and wonder what went wrong at this one.

Nice enough Hampton Inn, clean and comfortable BUT right up next to I-25, Vehicles speeding by mere yards from your window. No green space at all.

Interstate makes it noisy at night, good set of ear plugs will fix that
