Motel 6-Santa Ana, CA - Irvine - Orange County Airport

Absolutely nothing and the customer service was terrible, worst experience I have ever had at any kind of hotel facility in my life.

Property was in terrible condition. Room was gross so was the looks of the bed. Management was terrible I requested an early check in around 10am and left at the 1pm time frame, did not even stay and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund, plans fell through and I did not have use for the room. Extremely poor customer service especially when the First Lady said we can process you a refund or at least half and then she spoke to her manager who came over and said they won’t process any refund at all. What kind of horrible communication is this to the consumer? I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank. No need I should have been charged close to $100 total for 3 hours. As someone who works in high end luxury service, basic customer service here fell short. Awful

The room smelled bad. The air conditioner did not work properly. No shampoo.

I didn’t, it was not clean. The minute I walked in, they were fixing a huge ice maker or something big in the lobby and had towels all on the floor. Was not a good impression :(

It was not clean, hardly any towels and anytime I asked for something/had a question no one was able to answer and was always directed to the front desk. Whyyyy, when at times it was because I needed towels. The room had a bad odor and the floors were super dirty that my feet/socks turned dark. Wish I had booked elsewhere. This was the first and last time booking here and I’m very dissatisfy :(
