Just Good Location, but Poor & disappointment Hotel's policy, part of my family couldn't travel for healthy reasons, they called your Hotel's management ahead of time to cancel and explain the situation, but you didn't give any credit or refund at all, or try any apologies, or even change the dates or anything to make them feel comfortable, they didn't receive any support at all from you Hotel. if management would do anything about this issue, we would it come back here again, unfortunately this is the last time we will use your facility.

Excellent location, clean room interior. Pool has black growth on grout between tiles Black growth on balcony brickwork. Lounge chairs faded, sagging, have tears and covered with baked on bird crap. Bird crap also on pool deck and on chairs in open air restaurant
