Manager was very pleasant 😊. She asked for feedback of our stay and noted that she wanted to know what needs improvement . Property is under renovation and the room that i stayed in and my son's room work was not completed. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and towels. Tubs in both bathrooms were dirty. Bed linens were clean

At first i liked how lady at front desk was so polite and very welcoming but There was no Hangers in shower. Bathtub would fill with water after shower, there were no tissue papers in the room and most importantly One of my friends was on her period and she accidentally stained the sheets which is not exactly her fault. They kept $200 deposit just for the stains and just for that $200 they probably lost a potential Guest for sure. One thing that i like was that they have smart TV.

The property looks so bad. The rooms are very outdated. Bathroom tiles are falling apart. The ac only worked momentarily. My kids are hot can’t sleep it’s 2am. No front desk staff no answer when called the property number. Not worth a dime. Especially over 200$ on the ad it says all renovations are done. Which is lie.

Manager Reki was very professional and helpful

In every hotel i would really much more concern on cleanliness and niagara inn never dis appoint me with that
