The parking seemed safe, the staff was nice at check in

Immediately upon entering my room I killed 4 very small roach like bugs. Then 2 more before going to bed. When making coffee there was another in the basket with sugar etc. So I by passed the coffee. With all of the bugs in our room my daughter and I decided to skip the free breakfast downstairs.

We was in town for a family birthday party and we stayed here. At first look the place looked very clean. The room looked clean too.. Key word "Looked".

I pulled the cover back and the comforter was filty. I called the front desk and he was nice my husband went down and they changed it just for my husband to get back to the room and it was a matrices cover and curtains 🤦🏿.. so we had to make another trip to the front desk.. Then the next morning I was looking to get some clean towels from the person that was cleaning the rooms. And they was making up beds that ppl had already slept in.. We will not stay here again.

The gentleman that checked me in was very polite. Unfortunately the room needed work ceiling had a a leak in the back left side. Looks like it had been leaking for a while. The shower needed a good cleaning. There was a bar of soap left in the shower from previous guest. The door into the room would not close properly. I had to push hard to close it. The smoke detector had been taken down and placed by the coffee machine.

Bad area of town. Heard gun shots during the night and truck window got broken into.

I like that it's close to my aunt house

That the outside areas door did not work with the keys and my dad is handicap
