Extremely disappointing experience and far below the standards expected of a luxury five-star hotel. Important information regarding vehicle access, extremely narrow roads, and parking arrangements was not clearly disclosed before booking. As a result, our vehicle was damaged while attempting to reach the property. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of support from management. We repeatedly contacted the hotel and were promised callbacks that never happened. Despite numerous calls and messages, our concerns were not properly addressed and communication was extremely poor. Most frustrating of all, we never checked into the hotel, never stayed in the room, and never used any of the hotel's facilities. We raised our concerns immediately upon arrival and requested assistance, yet the hotel retained the full amount of our reservation despite providing no accommodation or services whatsoever. A luxury hotel should be transparent, accessible, and responsive when problems arise. Unfortunately, our experience reflected none of these qualities. Vše ok, jestli musím hledat tak více dimenzovat akustickou izolaci mezi pokoji.
