Very slow breakfast service

Un lieu absolument magique Un séjour inoubliable. L’accueil a été tout simplement exceptionnel, empreint de gentillesse, d’élégance et d’attention, grâce à Alice et sa collègue, qui incarnent à merveille l’âme de ce lieu. Les chambres sont majestueuses, d’un raffinement rare, et le bâtiment est une merveille en soi : on est littéralement projeté hors du temps, dans une atmosphère enchanteresse et profondément inspirante. Chaque détail raconte une histoire, chaque espace invite à la contemplation. L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de Palma, tout en offrant une sensation de calme et de privilège absolu. Un hôtel d’exception, où le luxe se mêle à l’âme, et où l’on repart avec l’envie irrépressible de revenir.

Es un sitio muy bonito pero destacaría sobre todo la amabilidad del personal. La recepción fué excepcionalmente atenta.

Alles sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Einrichtung, ein sehr schönes Hotel.

Da gibt es nichts.

We were in the Junior Suite, a lovely room with its own access off the courtyard. The room was large, quiet and the bed was huge. Our dog was very comfortable in there too. The location could not have been better, very close to the cathedral, Arab Baths and views over the harbour. A great place to step out from for a wander around the old city. Breakfast at first glance was not cheap but when you realise it includes, endless cortados, fruit, breads, granola, eggs, fish and cakes it becomes a bargain. The service was fantastic everyone was so helpful and kind, and had time for us and our dog - we was given his own bowl of water for breakfast! I should also point out that breakfast is held in a magnificent light dining room with wonderful paintings all around and stain glassed windows. There is also a lovely terrace where you can eat when it's warm enough and a roof terrace with good views of the harbour and cathedral. I should also mention that we had a lovely 90 mins in the wellness centre just the two of us, plunge pool, sauna and steam room - very relaxing after a long day!

The lift wasn't working when we arrived but they soon fixed it, so not a problem.
