Nos tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitación, la primera estaba sucia el baño lleno de pelos, en la 2 habitación la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y no estaba fija, la podías cargar y llevártela... nos quedamos en la tercera y la lámpara del escritorio no se podía conectar porque tenía enchufe europeo, nunca nos llevaron el conector... El hotel está bien, pero digamos que les hace falta tener un check List de que hace cada quién, porque por pequeñas fallas su calificación baja. El buffet muy bueno y el restaurante de a lado también muy bueno

El personal de recepción de la mañana poco amables sobre todo el chavo, aparte el hotel aunque ofrece desayuna bufete no tiene restaurante y por la tarde o noche hay que salir o pedir por app comida y tarda aprox una hora para llegar, para que lo consideren. No hay ruido, está cuidado el hotel , de la limpieza pues ma o menos nos tocó la coladera de la regadera tapada.
