Sensationelle Unterkunft. Eine richtige Oase zum Wohlfühlen. Wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Essen war hetvorragend. Petsonal sehr fteundlich. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Das Kloster ist ein origineller und fantastischer Übernachtungsort. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Sevilla und Córdoba zu besuchen und dort nicht im Stadtgewimmel zu übernachten. Die Zimmer, die Einrichtungen sind wunderschön ausgestattet.

Bedauerlich fand ich, dass es keine „ordnende Hand“ im Hotel gab. Der Zimmerservice hatte die elementaren Dinge im Bad nicht nachgelegt. Die Getränke im Patio standen vor sich her, wurden warm, nicht nachgefüllt und das Eis im Eiscooler war geschmolzen. Negativer Höhepunkt war das Restaurant abends. Eine großartige Karte und eine freudige Erwartung! Aber eininkompetenter Service, dem wir es nicht verständlich machen konnten, uns das Menü in englischer Sprache zu überlassen. Unsere Hilflosigkeit bei der Auswahl der Gerichte war unverkennbar. So wurde halt aus Spargel auf der Karte ein Brei aus Spinat auf dem Teller, angeblich ein in Andalusien übliches Gericht. Dass der ausgewählte Weißwein nicht zum Vorkosten eingeschränkt wurde bzw. später auch nicht nachgeschenkt wurde, passt in das Bild. Wie ich schon sagte, in dem Hotel fehlt die „ordnende Hand“.
