The most beautiful, serene place! What a fabulous stay we had at this former Monastery. The spacious junior suite with its rain shower and separate spa bath, together with fabulous organic toiletries and bath robes, made it feel like a spa break! The oversized bed was wonderful and made for a great sleep. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, tea/coffee facilities, and extra touches like earl grey tea and local Seville sugar-biscuits. The included breakfast was just right - the perfect amount of excellent quality foods on offer - great jamon, eggs to order, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, homemade orange cake, sourdough breads, etc, etc.

With the warmer weather we now experience in March, it would have been nice to have had the pool area a little more appealing. We could sit around the pool, however the sun loungers had seen better days and there were no lounger cushions for the hard wood. There were workmen concreting the wall and grouting the swimming pool. It was 23 degrees so certainly warm enough to sunbathe and guests from colder climates really need to soak up the sun. I think the hotel should seriously consider making the pool ‘area’ available from March, even if the pool itself isn’t open.
