Quality Inn Bolingbrook I-55

Decent hotel. You get what you pay for overall. Its clean and average. The hot tub has a tiny bit of scum but was overall in acceptable cleanliness, the pool was spotless. I'd stay here again as a budget option.

Room was nice for the price. No fruit at breakfast. Pool area was nice and clean.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. I regret not getting their names but thank you to the woman who checked us in on Wednesday evening, October 1st =) The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were very nice as well. The room was simple but spacious, and when our shower head broke on the very first day they were super quick to replace it with a new, much better one.

Clerk was rude couldn’t understand what he was saying. kept saying my card was declined and i checked and told him there’s nothing wrong with my card. hot tub no timer for bubbles, had stuff floating in it. lot of oily residue. Pool was not at room temperature there was a couple in there not doing friendly things and i had kids there

overall great experience! was just a little disappointed in the breakfast, as the danish i got was moldy

We went here to use the pool abd hot tub but the hot tub was out of order and the pool was disgusting it had like a sheen of nastiness on it. When we checked in they wanted my wifes name too. Ok i understand that but they also wanted the kids names too, whats with that. The breakfast wasn't good at all. It only had waffles and cereal it was terrible.
