The whole building smells like sewer water and the room there was dirt in the bed and can tell they weren't washed

The blackout curtains were torn with big gaps allowing light to come in. Limited shampoo and no conditioner.

Staff wasn't very friendly...seemed a bit shady. The breakfast was a complete joke. They gave us a very small brown paper bag with an orange that should have been tossed out with a yogurt and granola bar. I have stayed at Wyndam properties many times. We actually stayed the following 2 nights at a Quality Inn.... which was wonderful. I have stayed at Wyndam properties many time in Anderson Indiana when I was still working and I always had great experiences. I could go on but not sure if my opinion will be taken seriously.... there was no mention of any compensation for the worse stay ever and a disappointing breakfast. Many good stays at your properties is why we stayed the next 2 nights at 2 different Quality Inns and both were wonderful.

Staff and breakfast were the main reasons our stay was not a very pleasant stay.

Que nunca pusieron el desayuno, a pesar de levantarnos antes de las 8am, no había nada, nos quedamos 6 días y en los 6 días nunca pusieron el desayuno y preguntabamos y nos dijeron que no había.

The location was not good. Very industrial area with trash flying around, overgrown vegetation, not convenient to anything, really. The room's security lock was broken and the door barely latched. TV was hung crooked and you could see light through all sides except the hinge side. The tv was way crooked and had a padlock on the mount behind it, assuming to keep it from being stolen. There was one small bar of soap in the bathroom. No soap, no shampoo, nothing to use in the shower except that one bar of soap that we wash our hands in the bathroom sink. One of the bed sheets had stains on them. The lobby had a stench to it that we couldn't explain, but it wasn't good. The pool was a very small outdoor pool that was literally right beside/behind the parking lot curb. Did not go in it just because we didn't have time. Didn't see anybody use it the short time we were there.

It was horrible I was put in a room that probably broke into and got mad or in a fight .. cause the restroom door had a big hole like some punch it. The door dead bolt didn’t close. The upper lock was hanging-broke and I felt so so scared, couldn’t sleep but was afraid to go to the front Desk ladies were so mean and yelling at me!! The Indian shot lady yelled at a new customer in front of me. She wouldn’t let him use the restroom by the front desk. She would Not give me a copy of my receipt and stay there, kept saying a yelling at me that the printer didn’t work, but she had just printed me a copy of the refund for my Deposit.

Room size perfect for both myself n spouse. Seemed clean.however, lobby smelled like sewer.

I was very disappointed on the so called breakfast. I felt I was going on a field trip when I was in elementary. A granola n yogurt on a brown bag. I stayed for 2 nights. Did not get my snack on Sunday. Had to wait til 7. Front counter ladies were very rude!! Since we got there. Especially the short non American person.
