Room was ok

With everything about this hotel being mediocre already, Saturday night was unpleasantly hot in our room due to the ac not working and when asking the staff to fix it, they could not figure it out. Our room got up to 78 degrees with the window open! Was told they didn’t know what to tell us to just crack open a window and deal with it for the night. That is completely unacceptable and then we were told no mangers were available and no one could come and fix it. We decided to check out early and stay at another hotel and was told to email the manager about getting refund. I still have not received a response on this since the incident occurred on Saturday October 25th 2025

During my visit, I needed to complete a few tasks online, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly the WiFi worked. I hadn't planned that from a low-cost hotel, but I had no trouble streaming or making Zoom calls.

Property said had blow dry in the room didn’t have one in the room. And the restroom outlet didn’t work at all plug in flat iron.

The front desk was friendly and helpful

No entry to the side door it was broken, you can go out but you cannot get back in so we held it open while we unloaded and the front desk came in and told us to close the door, I ended up getting scabies from this hotel so be careful! Had to be treated as soon as I got back home. There was hardly any space in the room as far as counter options only one small desk. Some of the plus did not work, the bathroom was super tiny, you could not sit down without hitting your arm on the bathroom sink. The pool is super TINY (although we did not use it) the breakfast is a small brown back with an apple and granola bar

It was easy to access from the highway. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The “breakfast” was not a breakfast. Don’t believe the “breakfast included” part of this hotel information. The “coffee” was watered down brown water with almost no coffee in it. The “breakfast” was a small brown paper bag with an apple, a granola bar, and small yogurt…and a spoon and napkin.

The building smelled so horrible that it made me literally sick everyday. Everything was very dirty. There were bugs and lizards throughout the hotel and room.

I valued the staff's assistance in answering all of my inquiries regarding local attractions. Finding and using free parking was simple, which is always advantageous when driving. The atmosphere was friendly without being overly ostentatious, and the room was tidy.

During a brief visit to San Antonio, I stayed here. If you want quick access to the highways and downtown, this is a great location. The front desk staff made the check-in process easy and were incredibly friendly. Overall, the stay was enjoyable because my room was tidy and cozy.
