El apartamento era amplio y las camas muy cómodas.

La terraza tenía la puerta rota y no podíamos acceder, vinieron a poner un mueble delante para prevención de los niños, no teniamos ni una balleta para poder limpiar la cocina..

Cómodo con aire acondicionado en todas las dependencias. Había cápsulas café e infusiones

Podía haber alguna bayeta en cocina

Unit in a state of dis repair, and the balcony door broken. Carpet is gross. Missing plates and cups. Pots and Pans need to be thrown out.

It’s spacious, I think that’s it.

The flat is not really well looked after and not as nicely decorated as in the fotos. It’s “cold” and pretty basic.

We didn’t recommend this apartment to anybody! It’s my first experience writing such bad feedback but I want to warn everybody not to rent it! We rented this apartment for 2 adults and 3 children, but there were only 3 forks, 3 spoons, 3 glasses etc… The apartment was dirty, before arranging our clothes in the wardrobe, I had to clean it! The bathroom was dirty! Moreover in the morning, the lady and a man from the apartments came to us to check the credit card and passports, however we did check-in online and paid our booking fully before our arrival, honestly I didn’t understand the reason of their coming in the morning, it was very uncomfortable. And now we faced the situation when they don’t return the safe deposit! They don’t answer the calls, just ignore us! From our side we kept all the rules, clean dishes, and threw out the garbage etc! I didn’t recommend this apartment to anybody! It’s the worst I ever stayed in!

Getting access to the apartment is very unclear: it's not mentioned in the electronic messages of the property. Fortunately this time I still had the phone number to the Oshun helpdesk from a previous visit where I struggled to get in as well. Ultimately I was handed over a key to the apartment but it took quite some time talking to their helpdesk to understand that someone would bring the key. All in all in worked but took me almost one hour to get in....

We were asked to pay 200euros caution. After 2 weeks, we still haven't received our caution back. We contacted them but they stopped replying. Personnel spoke only Spanish., so communication was not easy.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed downstairs, dining table very unstable (probably broken), refrigerator door didn’t close tight, noisy beds, lots of light making uncomfortable to stay.
