Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 6 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

Convidei uma amiga e sua família para ir com a minha família para o local, mas a mesma foi muito mal tratada por uma atendente chamada SANDRA. O café da manhã faltavam alguns itens básicos. A reposição não acontecia ou demorava, tínhamos que ficar pedindo e os atendentes não gostavam... Estacionamento colocavam mais carros do que cabiam, fechando outros na garagem, por isso tinham que ficar ligando para os hóspedes tarde da noite/madrugada.

A localização é muito boa, os quartos são bons, mas o atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar. O estacionamento é pequeno, cheio de colunas e desorganizado. Quando há excedente de carros, exigem que os hóspedes que não acharam vaga regular deixem a chave na recepção, mas não possuem manobrista para retirar o veículo, então o próprio hóspede tem que remover o carro. Então não faz sentido nenhum pedir para a chave ficar na recepção.

Atendimento acolhedor. Limpeza e organização excelentes. As rejeições ( cafe e jantar) tb muito bem preparadas. A academia pode ser melhorada, porem todos os equipamentos estavam funcionando bem. Voltarei mais vezes!
