Convenient. Air conditioned.

The rooms were clean, the facility was well lit.

The level of customer service left a lot to be desired. My mother-in-law asked for a wake-up call and never received it. We were there for a funeral and asked for a late check out so that we could come back and get changed after the repast. The employee behind the desk said that we could book another night and just check out whenever that same day. I've worked in the hotel industry years ago, and I know that that is not how you treat your guests under those situations. Clearly, they were not fully booked; otherwise, he would not have offered to sell us another night. He could have extended the late checkout. And if they were fully booked up for the next night, he could have at least offered to hold our baggage in the bell closet and allow us to change on site. The other frustration was that we booked a king-size room, but in the special request section, we asked for a double room instead. When we got there, they said they would not change it because the reservation was not booked to the hotel.

Hotel was clean and friendly for our one night stay.

It said it included breakfast. They had granola bars in a basket and gas station bought sweets . I chose this place because it said breakfast included. The coffee was watered down. Not even a bagel? Disappointed

L'hôtel est vieillissant et sombre.

The location was perfect for our needs. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Bath towels are fine but could be bigger and fluffier.

The only complaint was that the pool was closed and we really were looking forward to the pool in the evening ... i hope the pool gets done or I will book another hotel with a pool next visit
