Made my reservation 4 day's before going booked king non-smoking with view for a couple's getaway drove 2 hours there .took 30 minutes to find where to check in to hotel Finley got to front desk. Told them my name.the older lady check me in said we are all booked up.i said I have a reservation so she ask a pregnant lady to come over she told her to put us in a queen smoking. I explained i booked non-smoking for a reason allergies and asthma..she said when you book the non-smoking dose always mean you get it .she said read the fine print.when booked my money came out of checking in seconds now I have to wait 7 to 10 business day's to get my refund. Not cool .so no hotels around so had to drive 2 hours to get home. So wasted time, money, Gas..worst place i have ever been. Wish I could give 0 .

Room was not real clean and smelled stale.

Clean room , little tough getting your luggage from car to room, limited food options during the week

No hot water for a day. No TV for a day. The food was below average

Very safe. Room was clean.

Staff was great. Checking in was super easy. Parking was easy. Clean room on arrival, but after night 1 and coming back to the hotel the room was not serviced. This went on all 4 days in was there. I really don’t care about the bed being made but fresh towels would have been nice.
