It was not clean at all. My door was broken and the lock wouldn’t work

Room was outdated and not as clean as expected

I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION OF DAY.

Made reservations for a non-smoking King room, got a room with a queen and double bed. Very outdated, musty odor, door wouldn't shut good and had a gap around the door jamb, furniture had stains, bedding had burn holes, room was hot upon arrival (a/c was off), no soap, shampoo or common amenities. Outside was nasty, cigarette butts on the staircase, debris in the parking area. However, on the positive note, had a nice TV and was quiet. I can't recommend that someone should stay here based on the lack of care.

Location was convenient.

Dead roach in the room. Burn holes in the bed cover. Maid service banging on our door at 9:00 in the morning, actually opening the door before I stopped them. No front receptionist, only a phone to use for service before someone eventually came to the front.

Broken mirror, burn hole on bedspread, and a broken drawer handle were things that made the room look old and unkept. But it was a cheap price.
