Convenient location.

This place is FILTHY!! Curtains are torn. Carpet stained. AC is LOUD!! Cable tv would not work. Shower valve was broken.

"Booking.com and Hardman House: Disappointing, false advertising, treated disrespectfully"

Nothing!

Lobby-dirty/stained carpet *1st room (#210-Very dirty/stained carpet, beds) I would not walk with my bare feet on that carpet. (Note: Bathroom was clean) I complained...Clerk looked at it and gave us another room. *2nd room (#302-AC did not work (99 degrees in room) and the bathroom toilet did not flush. (Note: carpet was much cleaner) I complained....Clerk tried to look at room but then key cards would not work! By this time it was time to move on. After much discussion... I asked for a refund..(hard no) I asked for a waive on cancellation fee. Yes, I had to go through my third party Booking.com to finalize refund. Clerk was useless. Could not print a receipt or would not give me a hand written note that confirmed that they would waive the fee...could not give me anything as far as a confirmation. We left....I forgot to get pictures Booking.com did not help at all! Not sure if they even contacted Hardman House! If they had they would have seen the conditions they would have refunded our money and taken them off their list. Disappointing!

- La réceptionniste qui m'a accueillie au départ était vraiment super - La chambre réservée est super superbe. J'ai adoré la décoration à l'ancienne, surtout ne rénovez pas!! -La façade de l'hotel en brique est magnifique - Très calme

- ça aurait pour être un 10/10 mais la réceptionniste qui m'a check out, m'a demandé de payer une 2ème fois, alors que je lui ai bien montré le débit de Booking et le ticket de paiement. - Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et on m'a donné un ventilateur plutôt que de baisser le chauffage ...

"Would never stay again but was tired from driving all day! Room very outdated, dingy and dirty"

Location was good

Had stayed here 6 years ago and was pleasant! This time not so much! To start the room wasn’t even clean! Dries pee on the floor around toilet and under seat! Trash wasn’t changed! Had a generic fan on the floor! As soon as we layed down we felt like we were being bitten! I you def get what you pay for! Photo of rag was from me cleaning the bathroom floor with it!

"This was the most horrible, uncomfortable experience."

The rooms were dirty, rusty fixtures, shredded curtain, no air conditioning,no maid service for 2 nd night, breakfast was cereal, toast and yogurt. The hotel building was worn, broken exterior bricks and nothing as the picture shows. It was old, poorly staffed and uncomfortable. Since we were close to the checkin desk, we could hear yelling from other guests, who's toilets were not working, and room temperatures in the 90s.

"Not good"

Not clean. Air didnt work in one of our two rooms. On May 23rd we overheard a VERY angry lady complaining about her room. The desk clerk was doing his best, but she didnt let up. Desk clerk called the owner as the lady requested (which he did..three times!). The owner SHOULD have talked to her himself! Very understaffed. Only put out bare minimal food in the morning. Second floor hallway carpets were horrible. The owner needs to get it fixed. We felt sorry for the two desk clerks, they did their best but had nothing good to work with.
