The front staff clerk was very nice.

The room was not clean. There was no smoke alarm. The A/C made so much noise, I couldn’t leave it on, so the room was too warm. There was no extra lock on the door. The hallway was dirty and the carpet was filthy.

I missed breakfast. Upon check in I received a room with no AIR, BROKEN TOILET I contact the front desk I immediately received another room my request for what I booked for wasn't fulfilled it was downgrade

I adore the ladies who work the front desk. They're so sweet when I come through town. I think they deserve a raise personally. I've seen them deal with some very difficult people, and keep their cool..

There are a few improvements the hotel could use but mostly it's perfectly fine for the price and convienence. If you expect a luxury place, go to the Hilton next door.

We booked a wheelchair accessible room and got a standard room. The wheelchair would not fit through the bathroom door. We spent the day looking for another hotel with the correct size room. The nighttime staff was not very helpful-just kept saying we needed to speak to the manager in the morning.
