Sevilla Inn - Near Medieval Times

I booked this place thinking it was another hotel with a similar name and right on the same property! Club Sell VA is not this place and it was so disappointing 😭 I don't know how it has any customers. It's very rundown, I will never stay here again not worth it at all. Only under an emergency. We should have just stayed home.

Non-smoking room was not smelling well

My room smelt like cigarettes. I felt very unsafe due to people lurking around and watching me walk to the car.

Some minor issues with cleanliness but no real problems.

The staff is rude front desk and housekeeper. At night there is loud music and people walking around that you can heard inside your room. You won’t really rest because the outside noise is too loud. In the morning you will have the housekeeper knocking on door and waking you up at 8 or 9am when check out is at 11am. The room overall was ok I find 2 little roaches but everything else on the room was ok.

Nothing was unique. Below average hotel. Constantly Had problems opening the door Door key did not work properly Even after being replaced There was some cold nights, heater did not work. Had to go to the front office and get a space heater Room counters was dusty.

Very out dated hotel. Seemed clean however the first room the sink was plugged so if water was used it would have overflowed. So we switched rooms. The next one you could tell it was a smoking room the smell was in the walls. The air-conditioning made loud noise all night and the lights from outside made it very hard to sleep, no curtain to block out. The person at the desk was friendly. It isn't horrible for a quick stay if you get a room with no problems but I wouldn't stay again.

The room was old four with an oversized refrigerator, and old furniture. Nothing like the pic!

Horrible stay they made us not feel welcomed didn’t even offer to sweep the floor or anything they cleaned the other room but didn’t want to clean ours

Everything was beat up and rusted. Smelly and poor condition. Passed the standards of a cheap model.
