Realice un upgrade por medio de booking y me realizaron dos reservas, me dijeron que era problema de booking pero que si me realizarían el reembolso, han pasado tres meses y nunca lo hicieron todas las semanas me dicen que lo escalarán y no lo hicieron, booking dice que se puso en contacto con ellos y no les confirmaron el reembolso, aparentemente necesitaban una carta, lamentable que no ayuden.

Nothing! I booked 4 days but I had to leave the place after 2 days because police almost break through rooms looking for someone who was seriously injured! Hotel management was completely absent during incident and even next day, no one showed up ever at front desk during my stay or even after the incident! I left the hotel and they ignored my request to refund days I didn’t stay there! Worst experience ever I had anywhere!

The stay was unhealthy, uncomfortable, dirty, and stressful from beginning to end. The only good thing was leaving.

This was by far the worst and most unsafe hotel experience I have ever had. After booking, I immediately noticed that many reviews mentioned mold, mildew, and fungus problems. I contacted the property right away and explained that I was extremely concerned about the health risk and asked them to cancel my reservation. They refused and told me I had to cancel it myself and pay ca. $1,000 penalty (no refund). Because of that, we were forced to stay there. The room was extremely humid. Our clothes felt damp, and the strong smell of mold, mildew, and fungus was everywhere. It was so intense that we could not sleep. The windows could not be opened, so there was no way to get fresh air or ventilate the room. After just one night, both my husband and I became sick. The next day, we both felt like we had a severe sinus infection, with heavy congestion and symptoms that clearly started after staying in that room. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, and the bedsheets had an overpowering bleach smell. Even trying to hide under the blanket was impossible because of the strong chemical odor. In my opinion, this place is dangerous for travelers and is not suitable for guests. People should seriously stay away from this property for the sake of their health. I am shocked that Booking.com allows this property to remain listed despite so many reviews mentioning mold and health concerns. It is extremely irresponsible to ignore these complaints while allowing suspicious positive reviews to remain. Booking.com seems more willing to believe fake positive reviews than the serious reports from hundreds of real guests. I personally called Booking.com many times, and each call took around one hour just to get connected This hotel completely ruined my Miami holiday. We both got sick after staying there, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. Avoid this place at all costs. It is unsafe, unhealthy, dirty, poorly maintained, and absolutely not acceptable for guests.
