Las habitaciones estaban buenas! Muy limpias y ordenadas. Estaba bueno que tenia contraseña asi no teniamos que andar por la calle con la tarjeta para abrir. Me recibieron las valijas antes del check in

Tenia check in a las 3. Me mandaron un mensaje de si podia ir a las 4. Llegue a las 4 y tuve que estar una hora sentada en el pasillo porque recien estaban armando mi habitación. Recepción trabaja hasta las 3:30 de la tarde por lo que nadie me podia dar una solucion, nisiquiera ofrecerme un cafe o una silla para no estar sentada en el piso con todas mis cosas. Entiendo que las chicas de housekeeping no tenian nada que ver, pero nadie me dio una solucion!

Mi è piaciuto la posizione e il personale. La stanza era grande e comoda.

Nella stanza e nel corridoio era una puzza incredibile del cibo dal bar che sta al primo piano. La floor covering puzzava tantissimo di fumo delle siflgarette e di sporco. Non era possibile far entrare in stanza aria fresca perche tutte le finestre erano bloccate. Al ritorno a casa in Italia ho dovuto rivelare tutto, anche i vestiti che non ho mai indossato, in quanto puzzavano. Dopo una settimana sto ancora sentendo la puzza dalle valigie, nonostante li ho lavate e disenficate. Non ho hai vissuto in un hotel così puzzolente. Mi dispiace, ma ve lo devo dire. Cambiate la copertura del pavimento, aprite le finestre e separate completamente la cucina del bar dal hotel. Forse così uno non dovrà stare male la dentro per la puzza indescrivibile. Grazie.

Unfortunatly the place has a terriable smell of mold. The hotel tried to accomidate us and change our room but it didn't help the smell was just too strong! We could not stay there and we're told that we would be refunded fully but they did not refund us. They kept on saying they would but never followed through. I would not reccomend staying at this place ir reaks and they try covering the mold smell by putting in a very strong smell of soap which you feel in your lounges!!!

Dirty & smelly No one on reception most of the time Receptionist I saw was on his phone with his hood up - no interaction at all TV not working

Me gustó la ubicación y que las habitaciones eran amplias, con paradas de bus y trolley muy cerca
