Smelled musty and like weed No towels in the pool room Pool was not heated super cold Beds were hard

Hotel smelled like pot in many places, bathtub was dirty, pool bathroom was filthy, side door was always propped open with a piece of metal, there was at many times a man sleeping outside the front door that would talk to my kids and make them feel uncomfortable.

No one came when I wanted to ck out. The plug in by bathroom sink did not work for morning for getting ready!! The washcloths were worthless, I have “ rags” better than them. Very disappointing for the dollars spent

We stayed 4 days at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, and honestly… we didn’t want to leave! 😂 First of all — CLEANLINESS? 10/10. The room was spotless, the bedding fresh, and even the trash got VIP treatment every day! The staff were so kind that I started wondering if they’re trained in hospitality or angelhood. Breakfast? Oh yes. A great combo of protein (cheese, fresh milk) and complex carbs (bagels, waffles, cereal) — basically, enough to turn us into morning champions. The waffle machine made us feel like breakfast chefs, and even the coffee had that “get-up-and-go” magic. ☕💪 The room was simple, spacious, and quiet — just what we needed. We even found ourselves enjoying the TV channel selection — it’s not Netflix, but it does the job! 📺👍 Now here comes the cherry on top — the final bill. Every little detail was laid out clearly: room charges, taxes, occupancy tax, state tax, intergalactic tax (just kidding) — everything was listed so transparently, we felt like accountants reading a love letter. 💌📄✨ All in all, this stay made us feel welcomed, well-fed, and well-informed. If you're looking for a place that combines great value, clean comfort, and kind people, this is it. We'll be back — probably with a waffle craving. 🧇😄

You need to fix the door lock on room 314. Only one of my 2 keys would open the door. It is a nice to place to stay. The breakfast could be a little better.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times since 2011. I come almost every year to visit family. The upgrades in the rooms is wonderful it looks very nice. The facility itself was dirty. Lots of trash outside. People loitering by the entry way smoking and drinking. It was a little unsettling to walk through these people to get inside to access our room.
