Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Ulm

It was very nice.

There is a rattle in the showers wall. I reported it. Kept me up first night. It’s in shower wall. Second night we turned a sound machine on and bathroom fan to drown it out. Nice plug ins for work. Thank you.

Not much

Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were chill and friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfy, and the window seat was actually a really nice touch — great spot to sit with a coffee in the morning or just chill in the evening. It’s not a huge room, but it’s well set up and didn’t feel cramped. They serve a basic breakfast in the morning — stuff like waffles, cereal, muffins, and yogurt. Nothing fancy but it’s free and saves you a stop. Coffee’s always out in the lobby too, which is a plus.

On the second day of our stay, the coffee maker wasn’t working, so we went to Hyvee which was across the street for our coffee.

One of my friends called down to the front desk because she felt one of the beds had not been changed. A rep came up immediately to fix this situation.

Slipped on the floor by the elevator after being in the pool area. Fell on my back . Hurt my back. With witnesses.

Apple Bees to the left of me, Pizza Ranch to the right. A gas station and a grocery store too, what's not to love.
