It was clean and the bathrooms were nice and the staff was nice.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and we expected a heated indoor pool and it infact was not was ice cold, staff stated heater was broke after having to ask instead of it being stated anywhere, plus they over charge for the incident fee on top of the booking fee.
