The hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Very clean. Staff were all excellent. No better breakfast available from a hotel. Bar area was nice and relaxing. Room was quiet and clean.

The maid never came to our room despite me asking two days in a row to have her come. Saw her in the hall and she said she wasn’t the maid but had a cart of clean towels and cleaning supplies

No maid service despite seeing them and no one came even when asked face to face

This is one of the best hotels! I loved the price, location, cleanliness, breakfast, the room setup. Perfect for my elderly parents. I was unable to get first floor but the clerk accommodated us with a perfect room across from the elevator. Thanks for a perfect night sleep!

The bathtub filled up with water when I took a shower the unsanitary water went over my ankles. I went in the indoor pool and it was colder than I would believe an outdoor pool would've been that day. The carpets were dirty in the hallway.

"was tried from driving having to wait so long to get my room. then room was not very clean!"

waited over 30 minutes for front desk person to show up to check us in!

rooms and carpet dated! bathrooms not clean in corners or behind toilet!

The accommodations were very good for the price. Breakfast was good, and the staff delightful. Hopeful they will update soon, and it is a bit worn down, but would definitely return. Location is very convenient.
